Shipping Policy

Our products are special, and they’re packaged with the greatest care, so you receive them in perfect condition.  Malina USA customer service team is always ready to help you with all aspects of the shipping and delivery of your order, so please email info@malinausa.com with any questions or concerns.

We charge a $12 flat rate for all shipments.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once a package ships, the average delivery time can range anywhere from 2-5 business days.

We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays.

Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect address is given, or if details are missing, it may delay processing.  We suggest that you review your shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays.
